* Please check carefully that all the details that we have for your booking are correct.The hotel will not accept responsibility for any charges incurred by the guest for the booking of incorrect dates or room types.
*Photo ID is required, we reserve the right to cancel any booking without Photo ID being provided at check-in.
*On arrival please present a card matching the guest name - if a booking is made using a company card, we'll need a pre authorisation form.
* Cancellation Policy - Bookings can be amended or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the time of check-in (2 pm) on the day before arrival. Any cancellations made on the day of arrival will result in a charge for the first night stay for any rooms cancelled. In the event of a no show,with nocommunication in advance,from the guest, any rooms booked will remain allocated and chargeable for the full stay. Please note that all Early Bird bookings are non-refundable. In case of large Bookings (for 6 persons or more and / 7 days or above), different cancellation policies and additional supplement may apply. Please check at the time of booking to avoid issues.
*Damage & Deep Cleaning Policy -Deep Cleaning Fee of up to £200 may be applied. If a guest room requires excessive cleaning or specialist treatment beyond standard housekeeping (including but not limited to smoke or vape odour removal, bodily fluids, excessive waste, strong odours, or contamination). This charge reflects additional labour, materials, and potential loss of room revenue.Any damage to the room, furnishings, fixtures, or hotel property caused during your stay may result in repair or replacement charges of up to £1,000, depending on the extent of the damage. The hotel reserves the right to assess the condition of the room after departure.
*Payment & Authorisation - Where applicable, a refundable damage deposit may be retained in full or part to cover damage or excessive cleaning. If costs exceed any deposit held, the hotel reserves the right to:
- Charge the card authorised on this registration form, and/or
- Request that your booking partner (including online travel agents) processes these charges on the hotel’s behalf.
The damage deposit does not limit the hotel’s right to recover additional costs where applicable.
